Team Presentation Plan

1.  Chapter #3- Social Media in Journalism
2.  Team Members- Brittanee Shirley, Nichole Layden, Ashlie Flores, Walter Byleckie

3.  Responsibility of each member in planning and creating
 As a group there will be open discussion of how we want our project to layout. We will all be involved in the planning and creating. If somebody has a particular idea, they will be responsible for the partnership and execution of their idea.

4.  Timeline-
We will start the project the week of 10/19. The project should be halfway completed by the following week of the 26th.
All work will be due by 10/1 which is 2 days before the project is due. Then we will all meet the monday before class and make any last minute changes before the presentation on Tuesday.
Group self assessment will be handed in with the project on 10/3.
5.  Presentation roles                                                                                                                               
The following members will be responsible for the below:                         
  • 2 video clips related to your content, no more than 5 minutes combined-Brittanee/Walter
                                                                                         
  • 2 charts/graphs/tables minimum-Brittanee/ Walter

  • 2 relevant visuals (photos, web links, etc.) minimum 2 quotes minimum- Ashlie
                                                                                         
  • Activity- Brittanee/ Nichole                     
                                                     
  • Slide Show Editor-Nichole

            Uploading the presentations will be done by all of the group members individually.                                                              
                                                                       
6.  Self-Assessment Plan
The self assessment plan will be done by each member of the group and submit them in the professor's mailbox.
7.  Trouble-shooting for potential problems.
Loafers will not be accepted. If somebody is not contributing to the presentation as required,  We will have a group intervention. If  not progress is made thereafter, they will no longer be allowed to work with the group.
We will have 1 out of class meeting to briefly run through our presentation.
All work must be completed by the deadline. Late work will put the group in jeopardy of receiving a lower grade. Therefore, it will not be tolerated.
